This West Coast IPA is a collaboration for our 8th anniversary with our good friends from Fieldhouse Brewing. We hopped this beer with a blend of some of our favourite kiwi hops - Nelson, Motueka and Superdelic

If it’s good, let’s go! West Coast IPA with Simcoe, Strata, Columbus, and Simcoe Hyperboost. Dank and delicious, yet quite refreshing and easy drinking

Mango marshmallow sour.

India Pale Ale w/ Mosaic & Vic Secret.

Bristol is a West Coast IPA brewed with flaked rice for a light, dry and clean body with a hint of sweetness. Dry hopped with HBC638 and Citra Cryo, it is highly drinkable and highly flavourful with notes of lemon peel, sweet orange, and dried mango. We really enjoyed what we tasted in our Experimental IPA #65 so we scaled it up, slightly modified it, and turned it into Bristol

Semigloss is a new IPA born out of our Experimental IPA series and then tweaked to our liking. Dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and a load of Idaho 7 Cryo. We taste notes of round fruit, sweet resin, and pineapple.

PUG is an East Coast IPA brewed with the same hops used in PIG, a West Coast IPA made by our friends at Bellwoods Brewery. It is dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Cascade, and Citra Cryo. We taste notes of mango peel, pine, and grapefruit.

We’ve teamed up with our friends at Hops Connect to bring you a beer that’ out of this world. Say hello to our Galaxy Hops Connect Collab, a hazy New England IPA built around one of the most sought-after hops in the brewing universe: Galaxy. Pouring a hazy golden yellow with a soft white head, this NEIPA bursts with aromas of roasted pineapple and peach.Take a sip and you’ll get a full constellation of peach, passion fruit, and citrus on the palate, rounded out with a smooth mouthfeel, medium b

CALIFORNIA IPA Alongside heaps of classic West Coast hops like Centennial and Simcoe, this beer features different types of alternative hop products including Chinook Incognito hop extract and Cryo Pop. Fermented with our house later yeast - crisp and clean!

Fruit-forward yet balanced, juicy but with a clean finish, we took everything we learned with the New Slang series and crafted an IPA in true Dageraad fashion - refined, balanced and a little nerdy. Daybreak is brewed with thiolized yeast, turning out exciting new aromatics and flavours from the Nelson, Sauvin, Sultana, Galaxy and Citra hops.

Dry-hopped table saison Bone-dry and heavily dry-hopped with European noble hops, Field Theory is like a walk through a summer meadow. The brightly herbal hop aroma paves the way to the peppery phenols and fruity esters from fermentation with saison yeast. The beer leaves you with a crisp, dry finish and a powerful thirst for another sip.

This Mexican Dark Lager was brewed for our 8th anniversary with Structures Brewing out of Bellingham. This lager is a loose attempt at riffing on Negra Modelo. The grain bill of this lager uses a complex mix of German base, crystal and roast malts as well as purple corn. The result is a rich, luscious dark lager that leans more towards the toasty and sweet side than it does the more bitter roasty side which makes it immensely enjoyable and sessionable.

Fall line baby! No need to compromise with this full flavoured mini IPA. Dip-hopped for maximum juiciness. This one goes!

IPAs from history, exactly re-created from old recipes and lost notes

This strong adambier is a re-creation of a 500 year-old recipe from what is now Dortmund, Germany but at the time was part of the Holy Roman Empire. It's a rich, roasty and mildly smoky beer that reminds us of the folk legend of King Gambrinus, the mythical king of beer, who some say was taught to brew in Hell by the devil himself.

Light, clean and crisp this Mexican lager is only more crushable with the addition of lime and salt adding a seemingly classic twist on one of our brewer's favourite styles.

Initially released over a decade ago, this Imperial oatmeal stout became a local obsession. Infused with Madagascar vanilla beans and aged in whiskey barrels, you will taste why!

Inspired by the legendary "Blue Dream'' cannabis strain, this 2025 iteration is a dream come true for hop enthusiasts and cannabis connoisseurs alike. With hops and plant terpenes that mimic the aromatics of Blue Dream, you'll experience a dank and hoppy aroma, complemented by juicy, fruity undertones and a hint of spice. It's a flavour journey that will leave you feeling blissful.

Purple Haze was brewed with botanically derived plant terpenes, allowing us to recreate the aroma and flavour profile of the Purple Haze cannabis strain without using any THC/CBD related products. Expect a dank, juicy IPA blooming with notes of berries and a melon funk from our use of Belma hops. Floral, earthy undertones help bolster this unique brew, with aromas reminiscent of fresh BC bud.

Our take on the classic northwest American IPA shuns the heavy caramel and resin notes typically found in this style for something more refined and unique. Sunshine Rain has been brewed to be balanced, lively, fresh and dry, but doesn’t hold back with an aggressive dank and tropical hop punch. Hops: Pahto, Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, Centennial, Loral Malt: CMC 2 Row, Red Shed Kananaskis, Carafoam, Crystal Light Yeast: Wyeast 1056 American Ale

A modern take on a classic english style dark ale. Sessionable, dark, and creamy

Bold, juicy and hazy Northeast Pale Ale hopped with a double serving of the finest american and Australian hops, wet your whistle with this Gabagool!

American IPA made extra fresh and dank, dry-hopped with our superlative blend of hops, sometimes it's good to showboat

This IPA is wester than west coast. Cold, clean and crisp. Brewed with the purest glacier water and hopped with the finest pacific northwest hops.
