Blends luscious blueberry puree with the smooth essence of Honeybush tea. Mosaic hops bring a fresh, subtle balance to the intensely fruity sour, finishing with a sharp vibrant edge. Don’t miss this unforgettable brew.

A seemingly tall tale of a shady grifter who became the hero of Boston. Called "ludicrous part of the time, shocking most of the time, and tawdry all of the time," Rascal King was made for lovers of all things hazy—brewed with juicy Citra, complex Mosaic, and tropical Azacca.

The taste of sunset in Havana. This enchanting beer combines luscious cherries, fresh mint, and a touch of lime, providing a delightful balance of fruity, herbal, and sour notes.

We rewrote a classic salty gose with personality, pairing it with sweet Georgia peaches and rooibos tea. Sour with a splash of stone fruit, this light gose is bursting with complex flavours.

Family ties run deep in this New Zealand-hopped IPA. A perfect blend of Nectaron, Rakau, and Riwaka hops delivers waves of pineapple, sweet fruit, and fresh citrus—a harmony that could only come from the same soil. The result is a distinctly commonwealth IPA that showcases the best of New Zealand's hop breeding prowess, with bold tropical flavours carried on a soft, pillowy body that makes every sip feel like a reunion with distant relatives.

Cryo IPA. Stone fruit and citrus dominate this fluffy, fruit-forward IPA. Despite being 7.0% ABV this beer is extremely smooth, calling you back sip after sip.

Enhanced with Phantasm powder – made from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes rich in thiol precursors – this brew unlocks an explosive synergy with Freestyle hops Mega Motueka. The result? Intense waves of lime, tropical fruit, and a touch of dankness burst from a soft, pillowy body.

Can-conditioned Belgian-style strong golden ale. Antigoon pours a pale golden colour with a towering head. Herbal hop notes and fruity yeast esters will hit your nose before the dry, crisp and deceptively light beer hits your palate. Antigoon will make you feel like you're just a hand's throw from Antwerp

Fruit-forward yet balanced, juicy but with a clean finish, we took everything we learned with the New Slang series and crafted an IPA in true Dageraad fashion - refined, balanced and a little nerdy. Daybreak is brewed with thiolized yeast, turning out exciting new aromatics and flavours from the Nelson, Sauvin, Sultana, Galaxy and Citra hops.

Dry-hopped table saison Bone-dry and heavily dry-hopped with European noble hops, Field Theory is like a walk through a summer meadow. The brightly herbal hop aroma paves the way to the peppery phenols and fruity esters from fermentation with saison yeast. The beer leaves you with a crisp, dry finish and a powerful thirst for another sip.

IPAs from history, exactly re-created from old recipes and lost notes

This strong adambier is a re-creation of a 500 year-old recipe from what is now Dortmund, Germany but at the time was part of the Holy Roman Empire. It's a rich, roasty and mildly smoky beer that reminds us of the folk legend of King Gambrinus, the mythical king of beer, who some say was taught to brew in Hell by the devil himself.

Initially released over a decade ago, this Imperial oatmeal stout became a local obsession. Infused with Madagascar vanilla beans and aged in whiskey barrels, you will taste why!

Our take on the classic northwest American IPA shuns the heavy caramel and resin notes typically found in this style for something more refined and unique. Sunshine Rain has been brewed to be balanced, lively, fresh and dry, but doesn’t hold back with an aggressive dank and tropical hop punch. Hops: Pahto, Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, Centennial, Loral Malt: CMC 2 Row, Red Shed Kananaskis, Carafoam, Crystal Light Yeast: Wyeast 1056 American Ale
